HOW FAST IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING?

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days from when it was received.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You may return your item for a store credit only (no refund) within 72 hours from order delivery date, as long as the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in new condition with product tags intact. Email; simonebaileeboutique@gmail.com before mailing item. Return requests outside the 72 hour return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. **Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Expect to incur a postage fee at your local post office, to ship your item(s) back to us, as we do not offer free returns. 

Sale or mark down item(s) are ‘FINAL SALE’ and are not eligible for return.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept PayPal and all major credit credit cards.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND METHOD?

Once your item(s) are received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a digital store credit will automatically be sent to you via email provided. Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
